GAME POSTPONEMENT FAQs

When will this game be rescheduled?
We are working to reschedule the game as quickly as possible and will have an update on this as soon as possible.

What happens to my tickets for tonight’s game?
There are several options for your tickets to tonight’s game:

  1. Your ticket(s) remain valid and will automatically reserve your seat(s) for the rescheduled game once the date and time is confirmed.
  2. If you are unable to make the rescheduled game date, your ticket(s) may then be exchanged for another home game of your choice during the 2024 season. Please find our full home game schedule HERE. Additional details on the exchange process will be provided once the rescheduled game date is confirmed.
  3. If you are unable to make the rescheduled game date or exchange to another home game date we will issue you a refund. Additional details on the refund process will be provided once the rescheduled game date is confirmed.

If I exchange my ticket to another game will my seat(s) remain the same?
Your seat(s) will remain the same if available. If not, we will seat you as close as possible to your original seats.

What is your refund process?
Once the rescheduled date and time is confirmed, we will be in touch with this information as well as additional details around the refund process and timing should you need to request a refund.

Where can I reach out with any urgent questions?
We are working to reschedule the game as quickly as possible and will be emailing all ticket holders to tonight’s game with an update within 72 hours.
